Real estate agents are a lot like lawyers.  You rarely retain one that you would use a second time.  Sandra Lin is clearly an exception to this rule.  Prior to becoming acquainted with Sandra, we had used various agents with mixed results.  In fact, the last one we used made me consider getting my own license – anyone could do a better job than this guy.

We were fortunate to have Sandra and her family as neighbors for a short while.  We got to know her and thought we would give her a chance.  Talk about good luck!  She handled the sale of our home and made money for us when I thought it would be impossible.  Since that time she has handled an additional five transactions for us.  In one case she sold the property before it was listed.  In another case she sold a property in a depressed area in about three months and apologized for taking so long.

Her most recent achievement was selling our home for us last June, taking only two months in this market and getting within one half of one percent of our asking price while comparable properties had been on the market for months with no action.  She has also assisted us in the purchase of our home spending the necessary time to find properties that met our needs, spending days showing us houses and was very helpful in negotiating favorable terms for our purchase.
