It's never too late to start, but it's always too late to wait!

During the holiday season, I managed to re-listen to my favorite audio book which is also the first one I had ever taken my time to complete all the included tracks..."The Slight Edge: Secret to a Successful Life" by Jeff Olson. I still found it very beneficial this round although the current circumstance might be different. This book does not have the quantum leap that everyone is waiting for, does not give the instant gratification that everyone is so desired for, and certainly does not contain the magic curing pill that everyone is so longing for; the book simply provides the basic concept, the wise philosophy, and the "cultivate" process in guiding and keeping us on the upward curve.

In the beginning of year 2009, I recommend everyone to take some time to check it out for the first time or to affirm the life direction by having it the 2nd (plus) time...

Make 2009 a SUPER year & have a SUPER life yet to come!!!

It has been so long that I was not able to go back to my favorite Chinese restaurant, Koi Palace in Daly City. We were so fortunate to arrive and be seated right away as they opened the door for business today. Not having the usual "line-in-the-waiting-patiently"---what a lucky day! On top of the expected quality and tasteful dishes, kids enjoyed all courses and behaved throughout---as a matter of fact, it is the first time that just four of us dining out in a real restaurant together!!! Great food, great laughter, and great time...simply, a great life I am having!
